ROSNEFT

“In 2007 OJSC Varyeganneftegaz signed a contract with NTC Neftegazdiagnostika for inline inspection of two field oil pipelines laid in parallel, Dn325 mm, total length 70.6 km. The contract included runs of cleaning pig, gauging pig, electronic geometry pig and high resolution inspection pig manufactured by ROSEN Europe B.V.

Following the work performed all defects identified in the pipeline body were confirmed by commission ADI performed. The inline inspection data analysis done by NTC Neftegazdiagnostika revealed CP-related negative interinfluence of the above two pipelines. NTC Neftegazdiagnostika proposed an action plan to modify the existing CP system. Following the diagnostics NTC Neftegazdiagnostika provided detailed findings and recommendations for future safe operation of the pipelines. 

NTC Neftegazdiagnostika is a competent inline inspection contractor. NTC Neftegazdiagnostika has all licenses, staff and equipment required for work execution available.

Proficiency of onsite work performance and high quality reports submission are worth noting as well as NTC Neftegazdiagnostika personnel effectiveness and attentiveness.

In the inline inspection work performance NTC Neftegazdiagnostika proved itself to be a reliable and responsible partner especially in those situations where pipeline operating conditions deviate from standard and also in special problem solving.
