“NTC NefteGazDiagnostika performs pipelines and equipment technical diagnostics, industrial safety expert reviews and inline inspections at OOO LUKOIL-KOMI since 2004. During this period effective cooperation was established both with OOO LUKOIL-KOMI local offices and with regional offices and Rostekhnadzor headquarters (including industrial safety expert review conclusions approval, endorsement and registration). Since our cooperation began and till present over 1300 kilometers of different pipeline diameters have been inspected including several water crossings and 158 km long pipeline Y. Khylchuyu – Varandey terminal. In 2012-2013 NTC NefteGazDiagnostika performed inline inspection of two oil pipelines BS-2 – PWGU laid in parallel (2 backup lines crossing river Kolva), Dn377 mm, total length 0.8 km. Specifics of work performance in this particular case are use of cleaning and inspection equipment launching/receiving process without a launcher/receiver. Despite process challenges works were performed strictly in line with the inspection work schedule agreed by both parties. Following the diagnostics NTC NefteGazDiagnostika provided detailed findings and recommendations for future safe operation of the pipelines.

After final inspection reports submission NTC NefteGazDiagnostika gives an extensive presentation on the inspection findings and trains specialists how to use the inspection results (ROSOFT software and database).

Mostly OOO LUKOIL-KOMI pipelines are located in a complex environment in the north of the Republic of Komi and the Nenets AO, they are located in swampy and tundra areas, isolated with harsh climatic conditions. In process of work performance NTC NefteGazDiagnostika makes its own arrangements for transportation, process and auxiliary support for which purpose it has the required infrastructure and strong business links in the Republic of Komi and the Nenets AO area.
