“Since 1997 OOO NTC NefteGazDiagnostika is OOO LUKOIL-Kaliningradmorneft’s traditional partner and contractor for oilfield equipment diagnostics and pipeline inspection, including offshore pipeline. Since 2007 NTC NefteGazDiagnostika performed first initial and then regular inspection of the offshore pipeline, Dn 273 mm, 18 mm to 8 mm variable wall thickness, which imposed exclusive requirements on the diagnostics equipment configuration and reliability. NTC NefteGazDiagnostika used a unique set of cleaning pigs and inspection pigs PDL, XGP, CDG manufactured by ROSEN Europe B.V. After cleaning and inspection the pipeline internals are reliably free of asphalt, resin and paraffin deposits, debris and foreign items, pipeline geometry was shown with its GPS three dimensional fix. The pipeline wall defects revealed and identified were confirmed by commission diagnostics inspection and were repaired using NTC NefteGazDiagnostika’s recent state of art development – UKMT sleeves. Thus, the task of the offshore pipeline commissioning and technical condition evaluation was successfully accomplished.

NTC NefteGazDiagnostika proved itself to be a competent and responsible contractor. NTC NefteGazDiagnostika has all the licenses, specialists and equipment required for work performance. Diagnostics works are performed with high quality and expertise. Following the diagnostics the required quality technical reports are issued including comprehensive information support provided. The latest works were successfully completed in August – September 2012.
