Adaptive reinforcing sleeves BELUGA

Adaptive reinforcing sleeve series BELUGA intended for strengthening of worn or damaged parts of pipelines.
   Products are part of the building structure as a non-removable formwork filled with fixing solution (concrete) and are available in two versions: "URST-K and" URST-M ".

URST-K

  The sleeve enclosure consists of a set of standard sections having bevelled lateral connecting flanges and ability to rotate relative to each other. This solution allows to create the shuttering of almost any the most complex forms directly at the place of repair and makes it easy to vary the length of the repair area. To feed solution and to drainage, several sections (the number depends on the sleeve length) equipped with taps with ball valves. The tightness of the sleeve parts to each other and between the sleeve and the pipe is ensured by seals.

URST-M

  Products casing consists of two half-shells, equipped with taps with ball valves for the supply and drainage solution. The tightness of the sleeve parts to each other and between the sleeve and the pipe is ensured by seals.

 


The use of BELUGA sleeves allows to extend the time of safe pipeline operation without a major overhaul.
