“Between October 12 and December 11, 2009 under Contract No AG-09-P/670 dd. October 28, 2009 OOO NTC Neftegazdiagnostika’s personnel located and confirmed by ADI 29 most critical defects identified following the inline inspection of the export condensate pipeline between UKPG-31 and UPKT previously performed by your company under Contract No AG-09-P/625 dd. July 7, 2009. The detectability rate is 100%.

Most defects were identified on the pipeline segments laid in swampy areas. To repair 29 defects 41 composite reinforcing sleeves UKMT-377 manufactured by OOO PSO Neftegazdiagnostika were installed. Due to extended defects in 12 areas two sleeves per defect were required for repair.

Repair works were performed immediately after ADI without condensate pipeline shutdown without pressure reduction without hot works within a single mobilization of diagnostics and repair personnel and off road and excavation equipment.

ADI and repair performed simultaneously and advanced pipeline repair method applied made it possible to use material, equipment and human resources in the optimum manner and to the maximum effect which eventually allowed our company to save substantially.
